BOB RABOUIN -- Estimator / Project Manager
BACKGROUND / RECOGNITIONS
Robert Rabouin (Bob) has been with L.N. Rothberg & Son Inc. since 1992, but has worked in the industry for 35 years. Prior to L.N. Rothberg, Bob worked for Paul E. Rabouin Contracting as an equipment operator working primarily on house subdivision sites. Bob was recognized by the NJ Chapter of Land Improvement Contractors of America as the 1986 Most Enthusiastic Contractor and 1988 Contractor of the Year.
TODAY
Born and raised in the excavating and contracting business, Bob has spent his entire life around heavy equipment and sitework. He is currently an Estimator / Project Manager at L.N. Rothberg where he examines job sites prior to bidding in order to prepare bid proposal estimates and secure jobs. He also manages jobs and handles all the paperwork from the start of projects to the close out.
TRAINING AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Bob Rabouin is a notary public, is OSHA 40-hour Hazmat trained, has completed project management class at Middlesex Community College, and has attended various classes and seminars including the Con-Exp Construction Seminar, the National Pavement Expo, the Confined Space Training seminar, and the Competent Person Training for Trench Excavation. He has served on the board of directors for the NJ Chapter of the Land Improvement Contractors of America, the Piscataway Soccer Club board, and has coached soccer for the Piscataway Soccer Club for ten years.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Some of Bob´s projects at L.N. Rothberg include the BEBO Arch Bridge constructed in 2006, two Box Culvert Bridges for Morris County, and multiple athletic fields completed for high schools in New Jersey.
