Founded in Plainfield, NJ, by Louis N. Rothberg, our firm is characterized by a mature, highly experienced staff of estimators, project managers and administrators. We have an experienced, reliable labor force that can be expanded to meet your needs. What´s more, our people are cross-trained and well-informed about technological advances.

Evolution of Business in the New Millennium

Our company was founded in 1948 by my father, Louis N. Rothberg. Since then there have been many changes in the construction industry. New technology has improved the equipment we use, the materials we install, and the means and methods required to deliver a project on-time and on budget.

However, while the fast-track time requirements of a project from design to completion are far different from the way things were done in the 50´s and 60´s, there are two principles that have remained unchanged; be loyal to your customers and be loyal to your employees. These are the key items to any successful business.

Implementing this philosophy, along with paying close attention to planning and detail, we are able to deliver a completed project with the same quality and pride we have maintained since the beginning.
